Joseph Anderson is a leadership professional and business manager with the insight, motivation, and enthusiasm necessary to inspire teams and garner extraordinary results. With 13 years of experience in Account and Project Management, he has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of successful business strategies, operational initiatives, strategic planning, contractual oversight, project lifecycle management, personnel management, and business development assessments. Mr. Anderson has served in several executive-level positions globally, and he utilized these winning experiences to transition himself to an extensive career as a leader within organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan business community.
Mr. Anderson continues to work diligently to satisfy his customers and provide them with quality results. While working at LEX Business Solutions in 2006, he was appointed National Project Manager to ExxonMobil. Mr. Anderson led a team of 23 staff members designed to invigorate and redevelop projects on behalf of ExxonMobil. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience managing daily operations and activities of large scale staff members that include but not limited to Account Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Copy Center Technicians, Conference Room Coordinators, Administrative/Office Support and Shipping and Receiving personnel. He’s implemented and pioneered best practices for profitability and the increase of client satisfaction. Mr. Anderson is an alumnus of Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration in 1992.
